REGISTRATION FEE starts at $150 due at time of registration.
We accept Cash, Check, Cashapp, Venmo and Credit Cards.
All payments should be PAID IN FULL before a player will receive any equipment.

- State ID or Military ID
- Report Card [end of year 2025. There is a homeschool form at the field. Kindergarten students do not need at this time]
- Copy of Birth Certificate

Each player will need to have a copy of all 6 forms completed.

No child is permitted on the field for practice without a complete/current physical. Must be date after 1/1/2025.
