FORMS AND
DOCS
Below is a list of important documents you will
need from time to time. Please click the document or form you need
to download. It will automatically open up once clicked in Microsoft
Word or Excel. Our flyer can be viewed by saving it to your desktop
and then double clicking.
To save these files to your
computer, "Right Click" on the link in red, a menu will open beside
your mouse cursor, select "Save Target As". You will then be
prompted for a location to save the file to. Click on your desktop
button to make this your save location, then click the save button
to save the document. Your document can then be found on your
desktop, double click on the file and print as needed.
If
you're using Windows XP with service pack 2, you will automatically
be prompted to either save the file or open the file when you click
the link.
